  • We do not guarantee the legitimacy of every contact the candidates may received.
  • Candidates may be approached by both genuine people and scammers.
  • Please use caution when communicating with anyone who contacts you through the details shared on this platform.
  • Click the menu “Account” on the footer (the very bottom part of this page)
  • If you never signed up before, click Signup Candidate (or Recruiter, if you are one)
  • Type in your email & username, hit submit
  • Go to your email inbox, and click the verification link
  • Finish (you’ll be redirected to the Account page

 

Note:

You’ll receive 2nd email contains of temporary password. Change the password in Account page -> profile setting -> Password & Confirm New Password

You are a candidate. And when you post yourself for a job, you actually post a candidacy (which includes job role, expected benefit, etc)

Does uploading my resume on OTW guarantee I’ll get a job?

No. We started OTW not to guarantee you a job, but giving you a different way to get discovered by recruiters. Simply one more way to increase your chances of getting a job.

Absolutely. OTW is not a replacement, it’s a supplement. Keep applying elsewhere while letting recruiters also find you here.

Think like you’re creating an article.

When recruiters looking for a candidate through a keyword search, you want to have that keywords on your pitch.

It helps recruiter to find relevant candidate faster.

Example:

Let’s say you’re applying as a Product Manager. In your pitch, maybe you want to include your achieved metrics, tools, etc, since recruiters tends to look for that kind of information.

Yes. Your resume, portfolio, pitch, expected benefits and email contact can only be seen by verified recruiters.

Regular visitors, unverified recruiters, and other candidates, cannot see those information.

Recruiters who signup using their official company’s email, and have a Linkedin profile.

We manually accepting recruiters, after knowing that they work in a credible company (have a credible website), and have a Linkedin profile (social).

Yes. You can edit, or delete it from your account page anytime.

You’re allowed to post 3 candidacies. We believe not everyone is a specialist, but there’re also generalist.

Example:

Let’s say you are a digital marketer. You can post 3 candidacies such as digital strategist, technical SEO, or maybe copywriter.

This means, you’re open to work for those roles.

Yes, it’s free.

How is OTW different from LinkedIn or Jobstreet?

OTW is not a social network or job board. It’s a focused hub where you search candidates directly with filters and keywords, without being overloaded by hundreds of emails.

We don’t pre-vet candidates.

OTW is not a recruitment agency. Instead, we focus on making your hunting journey easier and hoping this will contribute to a better employment rate.

So think of it like having a deeper search engine, but for talent.

Use the filters to narrow the search. You have department, employment type, years of experience, working location, and join date.

Also use the search to narrow even further. Search for related keywords such as skills, achievement, experience, etc.

Refine your searches and find people who match your needs.

Yes. Only recruiters with official company’s emails AND Linkedin profile can view some of candidates details.

Because not all good candidates are visible in your inbox.

On OTW, nobody “pushes” applications to you. Instead, you find the candidates you need when you feel like exploring.

The way we see it, most OTW candidates already apply elsewhere.

This hub gives them another way to be noticed.

Being on OTW shows they’re proactive enough to try different approach.
